Building an Exceptional Personal Growth Plan

Here is something really important, we all know how important it is for us to grow. If we don’t grow, we die! To thrive in this age, you gotto be working on boosting your physiological and persuasion capability. If you can master these two things, you can achieve clarity and a friction free mindset that can take you to where you wanna be.

So, you gotto plan your personal development program to suit your current “system.”

I remember, I was going through a personal growth program, it was really good, but it wasn’t making any difference in my persuasion capability. All it was giving me was some entertainment and a guy who was awesome to listen to, I mean his vocal ability was really good.

But that isn’t what I expect from it, I expect some change in my ability and my perspective. It wasn’t going as I expected.

Here is what I did to get the best out of it. You have to create your own personal growth plan, how would you go through the program, what changes you’ll make, what’s the mindset you would need, what is your rate of taken actions and plans implemented, are you measuring your results and working on improving them?

Where do you get you motivation from? What was the last thing that motivated you the most, by this I mean anything that charged you up or increased your persuasion level.

How do you implement the things you have learned in past, are you learning new things or just doing the head banging stuff that doesn’t include learning?

What’s your ultimate desired goal? Are you driven by passion or influence?

Now these are the questions you should be answering deeply while going through a personal development program. Make it as your check list.

What most people do is that they buy an expensive personal growth or self improvement coaching program and didn’t even go through past 2 CDs or Modules. In some cases they return it. If you think that a program designed to improve your self has to be entertaining then you can’t get the best out of it. Trust me with this, I have been through many… many personal growth and self improvement programs.

You can’t afford to go through training and not be consistent or not taking any action as soon as you learn a new skill. If you aren’t consistent in implementing what you learn, then you won’t be able to master a new skill you learn.

So, use the above advice before going through any personal growth program. And NEVER EVER skip your training. Remember, you give your best only when you’re not on drugs, so don’t skip forward, move with the rhythm, the rhythm of learning and taking action as soon as you learn it.

Bottom line: Make a plan on how to get the best out of your training before starting your personal growth training. That plan will help you take the edge and move one step, forward.

So, until we meet again, be good, get charged and live on.
